Gallo Con Gatos
This painting is a part of the artist's series of chickens and roosters. A traditional subject matter carried out in a more contemporary and loose way. The word Gallo means rooster - however, this is probably a chicken. The painting was once a group of Japanese good luck cats, yet once the artist began editing the painting to create the bird, portions of the cats remained.
